Birthday Treat...!! Took my son here for pre cinema Birthday meal..after reading the reviews we were not disappointed..!! For a Friday night... read more the place was busy but with the most amazing atmosphere the staff all being upbeat and not phased/stressed clearly enjoying their work (a beautiful building also! ) Janine our waitress for the evening made us feel welcome and made sure everything was kept to timing for our viewing at the cinema (and also I might add she had a few "parties in at the same time as us) aswell making sure the the rest of the floor was clean, tidy and "empty glasses" free first impressions were looking good ...then the food was next to none .!! From the "califower wings" to the mouth watering steak... followed by yummy cookies and ice cream and a twist on Tom cocktail this whole experience was a fine dining one at the least but in the most relaxed but lively atmosphere!! Really nice lunch location I really like this place. They've really made an effort with the decor and kept alot of original features.

The food... read more menu is really good, not a huge variety but they make up for it with quality. Halloumi burger is a winner all round. The drinks menu is huge.

There is limited seating however so I recommend booking in advance if there are a few of you.

Over the road from my work so many business lunches are conducted here. read less
